Festival of the Arts Contest - 2009
GENERAL RULES FOR
ALL 2009 CONTESTS
General Rules should be reproduced for member and student contestants and given
to school contacts.
contests are open to all per capita dues paying members of GFWC Pennsylvania.
Students must be sponsored by a per capita dues paying club of GFWC
